Meet the Team

The People Behind Your Smile

Dr. Julius Necciai

DDS

Dr. Necciai has been a mainstay in the Mount Airy community of health for over 40 years. His practice serves families and individuals from all walks of life. He believes in minimally invasive dentistry and is reputable for his painless anesthesia technique — making his patients feel relaxed and comfortable about their treatment. When he is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Necciai can be found on a road bike cruising the local area. He is also a member of TROTSAR, a horse-based search and rescue team.

Dr. Olumide (Olu) Bolarinwa

BDS, MSc, CAGS, DMD

Dr. Olu is a more recent transplant to Mount Airy, excited to bring his experience and patient-centered approach with him. He attended the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University, where he obtained his DMD in 2016, and received a Master's in Global Health and residency training in Dental Public Health at UCSF. Dr. Olu is an avid soccer fan — both watching and playing — and loves spending time with his wife, twin girls, and 115-pound dog, Beau.

Stephanie Frank

Hygienist

Stephanie has been a resident of the Mount Airy area for most of her life. She has been practicing dental hygiene for over 16 years and is thrilled to treat patients in the community where she grew up and is raising her family. In her free time she enjoys time with her husband, two daughters, and two corgis — plus sports, boating, fishing, gardening, and traveling.

Kristine (Kris)

Office Manager

Kris has been in the dental field since 2007 as both a certified dental assistant and front desk. She is married with four grown children and six grandchildren, and enjoys camping and family time. "Our office has a very welcoming atmosphere — our patients know us and we know them." Be sure to ask Kris for the joke of the day!

Cindy

Front Office

Cindy joined our team in September 2019 after 20 years in customer service. In her spare time, Cindy enjoys hanging out with family and friends and following Baltimore's sports teams.

Deanna

Hygienist (Retired)

Deanna was born, raised, and educated in Maryland. She worked in dentistry since 1984 and provided dental hygiene care at our office for 17 years, known for her kind and gentle patient treatment. She enjoys hiking, cooking, word puzzles, and time with family and friends.
